Delivery
When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3 to 7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The shipping time depends on your location and can be estimated as follows:
● United States: 3 - 4 business days
● Europe: 6 - 8 business days
● Australia: 2 - 14 business days
● Japan: 4 - 8 business days
● International: 10 - 20 business days
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand order processing company that has facilities worldwide!
Will customs fees be added?
Additional customs and tax fees may be charged for international orders. These fees are beyond our control and are charged by your local customs office. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so please check directly with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
● Check with your local post office if they have your package.
● Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address is correct and the package has not been delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at info@mymood.clothing with your order number. If you have found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but the shipping will be at your expense.
Orders
How are your products manufactured?
We work with an on-demand print product distributor. They are present worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the site that can do it most efficiently!
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions regarding tracking or shipping of your order, write to us at info@mymood.clothing.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are truly sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at info@mymood.clothing within weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have regarding your order.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is an issue with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@mymood.clothing!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If you are eligible, please contact us at info@mymood.clothing by sending us photos of the damaged items, and we will take care of refunding you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about the size that suits you best, please refer to our size guides: we have one for each item listed in our shop, in the product description section. While this is rare, it is possible for an item you ordered to be mislabeled. If that's the case, please let us know at info@mymood.clothing within a week of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or refund you!
