Where will my order be shipped from?

We work with an on-demand order processing company that has facilities worldwide! So depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the site that can do it most efficiently!

Which size I will choose for my shoes ?
For your shoes, please, choose the size in US matching to the metrics in your country. We have a detailed guide size where you can see all the sizes and make the matching between US Size and the type of size you used to choose. Thanks.
Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If you are eligible, please contact us at info@mymood.clothing by sending us photos of the damaged items, and we will take care of refunding you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about the size that suits you best, please refer to our size guides: we have one for each item listed in our shop, in the product description section. While this is rare, it is possible for an item you ordered to be mislabeled. If that's the case, please let us know at info@mymood.clothing within a week of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will examine your request and see. if we will send you a new one or refund you!
